The project was launched in Svaneti in 2019 and has since attracted tourists from all over the world to this unique corner of Georgia. The concept involves eco-friendly houses for quiet relaxation surrounded by natural landscapes.
The project consists of several cottages located in the quiet village of Latali (Mestia) amidst pristine nature and stunning mountains. The complex has year-round access and proximity to the main road, making it in demand regardless of the season.
Currently, a cottage with a total area of 60 sq.m. and an adjacent landscaped area of 200 sq.m. is available for sale. The house is fully equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances and features stylish design and interior.
The cottages are registered as property along with the land, and it is possible to register them in the name of foreign citizens.
